Hi I’m Stacie!

I work with ‘New Adults’ entering … Adulthood!

I feel strongly that everyone is entitled to approach life knowing who they are, how they operate, how they relate to others and that - with work and practice - life holds fulfillment and satisfaction.

I enjoy being a part of ‘ah ha’ moments and can relate to the frustrations of ‘figuring out life’. I have a strong passion for integrating Mindfulness into my coaching. Our ‘State of Mind’ - I call it our S.O.M - is one of our biggest assets.

Why this Work?

My passion for this stems from being a high school guidance counselor for almost 15 years, seeing how bogged down and stressed out young adults can get living in an over stimulated society.

In addition to my years as a high school guidance counselor, other life pursuits and roles have included:

  • Yoga. 20 years of personal practice and exploration including teacher training & retreats

  • 4 years of school for Architecture & Interior Design - one of my life passions!

  • Being a News Anchor for WETM Elmira NY!

  • Countless restaurant jobs

  • Working as a headhunter/recruiter in the DC area (not my thing it turned out, not at all!)

  • Bachelors in Communication, SUNY Oswego

  • Associates Degree in Architectural Technology, Onondoga Community College

  • Masters in School Counseling from Suffolk University

I love being outside, walking, reading, traveling and since opening up to being a dog mom - being with my very goofy German Shepherd dogs as much as possible.
